Last year, as part of our commitment to give back 1% and in line with our fight against waste, we chose to support Zero Waste Europe.
Zero Waste Europe is a non-profit organisation, empowering communities and local authorities to help transition towards Zero Waste through circular resource management.
Based in Brussels, they bring their field experience to EU policy makers, influencing EU legislation and direct change.
Their work includes:
- Prevention & reuse in products and packaging at design level
- Stopping Waste trade
- Material Recovery and Biological treatment
- Food waste prevention
- The dangers of chemical recycling
The Organisation is a vetted partner of 1% For the Planet and it's supported by the EU Life program.
