Vegetarian leather
Our vegetarian leather is breathable, flexible and stronger than leather - but without the life-threatening chemicals.
A state-of-the-art vegetarian leather that provides high performance and functionality:
- Stain resistant
- Water resistant
- Wipe clean-easy care.
- High resistance to scratches and abrasion.
It has low energy and low water usage too. Our supplier based in North Spain, have installed water-recycling facilities to ensure safe wastewater disposal, and clean energy is produced by the installation of solar cells reducing CO2 emissions.
They use specialised air filters and have proper waste disposal management practices. They also recycle all pre-consumer waste back in the materials.
We use 3 qualities of the vegetarian leather: The Lightweight and Textured Microfibre typically for the outer-shell and Suede vegetarian leather for any bags requiring full or partial lining
If the 'vegetarian leather' note is one that you were aghast at, with minimal cleaning needed, overall chemical and plastic output is reduced when using PU leather over animal leather.
Starting June 2022 we are also offering a restoring and recycling services for all non-recyclable / biodegradable materials.
